Services
Educational Therapy:
Educational Therapy involves twice weekly, 60 minute therapy sessions. Each session costs $73. Individualized educational therapy plans are based on the results of a battery of formal and informal educational tests. Educational Therapy sessions are one-on-one and interactive between the student and the educational therapist. Therapy sessions follow the school calendar year, with arrangements made for summer sessions. Also offering Virtual NILD Educational Therapy in order to provide consistency and accessibility during unpredictable times. Limitless Learning is committed to providing our clients with consistent services - no matter what.
Fees for Educational Therapy:
Clients are charged a materials fee for their consumable materials ($175). Materials used are based on student’s educational therapy needs. Maximum impact occurs over time. We recommend 60 sessions a year, over a period of at least 3 years.
It is important to remember that when a child is behind, it takes more than 1 year to catch up, when remediating the root cause along with the academic issues.
Testing administered by Limitless Learning or cognitive testing within the past two years will be accepted. If outside testing has been completed Limitless Learning will review and make recommendations if any additional testing is needed before Educational Therapy consultation. Individualized educational therapy plans are based on the results of a battery of formal and informal educational tests.

Psychoeducational Evaluation and Dyslexia Testing:
Limitless Learning provides nationally accredited testing, the Woodcock-Johnson IV, necessary for determining if a student may have factors interfering with the learning process. Results are used to determine the student’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as his or her need for academic support and intervention.
Please note that our testing is not for diagnosing learning disabilities. Speak to your PCP, psychiatrist, or psychologist to inform diagnoses with our testing services.

Summary and Recommendations
We provide the following reports:
Psychoeducational Evaluation:
We cast a wide net with our testing. We are looking for the reasons that may be impacting your child’s learning. Our psychoeducational report contains a comprehensive presentation of all our test results. We discuss the implications of the results, strengths and deficit areas. We make recommendations for learning, including:
Recommended instructional levels for reading, math, and writing.
Recommended interventions for reading, math, and writing.
Classroom vocabulary comprehension level
We do not provide diagnosis of Learning Disabilities, but do provide you with extensive information on how your child learns and the strengths as well as their deficit areas. Please discuss with your doctor to determine a diagnosis of learning disability.
Dyslexia Report:
The Dyslexia Report is not a diagnosis, however it spells out exactly how each client’s testing demonstrates or does not demonstrate the characteristics of dyslexia. Doctors and educators can use this report as a tool to help make a determination of a formal diagnosis of dyslexia or other Specific Learning Disability.

Test results will be reviewed by the examiner in order to create and recommend an appropriate intervention plan, if necessary. The information will be used to determine a pattern of strengths and weaknesses according to all test data received. Scores will be evaluated to determine if there is a variation in performance and ability. If this variation is evident, educational coaching that may include educational therapy, executive functioning intervention, or a combination will be recommended in order to develop academic and cognitive challenges. Identifying these areas is key to improving overall academic experiences and to prevent future academic difficulties.
It may also be necessary to recommend classroom strategies and accommodations to address weaknesses during the time the student is receiving intensive intervention. Some accommodations our educators may consider for your student include:
Instructions written out to ensure student’s understanding of classroom and homework expectations
Multi-sensory strategies for learning spelling rules not yet mastered
Tests given orally when necessary to determine the student’s level of understanding concepts
Decreased homework with the goal of assessing quality rather than quantity, especially in the areas of writing and math
Increased time for tests and/or homework assignments
It is very important to understand that these and other accommodations and strategies are limited in directly remediating a student’s challenges. Strategies and accommodations are best used in conjunction with intensive intervention. This crucial combination allows for student success while remediating deficits in cognition and academics. Together, intensive intervention and classroom accommodations help the student develop the independent learning skills necessary for ongoing academic success.
